Any inhouse equipment or discounted renewed equipment is sold as is with a swap out garantee , minus shipping or deployment costs, sopme items my require a 20-35% restocking fee to return unless the possibilty of an RMA exists. Most products are new or less than lightly used meaning like new condition or renewed with little to no scrapes , dents, markings or surface damage.
