It applies to all data processed through our systems, including websites, merchant portals, payment gateways, and integrations with third-party partners.

a. Merchant Information

We collect information provided by merchants and business owners when applying for, maintaining, or using G-Tech services.
This may include:

• Legal business name, address, and tax identification number

• Principal owner information (SSN, DOB, government-issued ID)

• Financial and banking details for settlement and verification

• Transactional and sales volume data processed through G-Tech platforms

b. Agent Information

We collect information from independent contractors, agents, and sub-agents for onboarding, commission payment, compliance, and residual tracking purposes.
Data collected may include:

• Personal identifiers (name, address, SSN, date of birth)

• Bank account information for ACH payments

• Sales activity, partner codes, and performance data

c. Partner Vendor Information

We receive and share data with processors, acquiring banks, point-of-sale (POS) providers, and compliance vendors for underwriting, activation, or support.
Shared data may include merchant IDs, transaction summaries, and support logs.

d. Transactional Data

When merchants process payments, G-Tech receives transaction records (amounts, timestamps, merchant ID, and limited card data tokenized by the processor).
G-Tech does not store or view full cardholder data and complies with PCI DSS standards for all payment environments.

 

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Underwrite and open merchant accounts

• Provide ongoing support and account management

• Calculate commissions, residuals, and partner payouts

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse

• Fulfill legal and compliance obligations

• Improve system performance and new service offerings

 

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Information may be shared with:

• Acquiring banks and processors for transaction facilitation

• POS or software vendors integrated into merchant solutions

• Financial institutions for settlement and compliance checks

• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law

• Contracted vendors who assist with onboarding, analytics, or CRM (subject to confidentiality agreements)

 

We do not sell personal data.
All third-party partners must agree to confidentiality and data-protection clauses consistent with this Policy.

 

5. International Compliance

a. United States

G-Tech complies with applicable federal and state laws, including data-breach notification requirements and privacy obligations under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and relevant consumer protection laws.

b. California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights to:

• Request deletion of personal data (where legally permissible)

• Lawful bases for processing include contractual performance, consent, and legitimate interest

• Cross-border transfers are protected under standard contractual clauses compliant with UK-ICO guidance

G-Tech retains data only for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention, audit, and residual tracking.

Merchant, agent, and transaction data may be archived securely for up to seven (7) years to satisfy financial regulations and audit trail requirements.

G-Tech employs layered security measures, including encryption, secure data centers, firewalls, access controls, and regular audits.
Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

 

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on jurisdiction, you may:
