a. Merchant Information
We collect information provided by merchants and business owners when applying for, maintaining, or using G-Tech services.
This may include:

Transactional and sales volume data processed through G-Tech platforms
b. Agent Information
We collect information from independent contractors, agents, and sub-agents for onboarding, commission payment, compliance, and residual tracking purposes.

Sales activity, partner codes, and performance data
c. Partner Vendor Information
We receive and share data with processors, acquiring banks, point-of-sale (POS) providers, and compliance vendors for underwriting, activation, or support.
Shared data may include merchant IDs, transaction summaries, and support logs.
d. Transactional Data
When merchants process payments, G-Tech receives transaction records (amounts, timestamps, merchant ID, and limited card data tokenized by the processor).
G-Tech does not store or view full cardholder data and complies with PCI DSS standards for all payment environments.
